By now, you have likely noticed the communication around the 2024 Our Credo Survey—and for a good reason! With a score of 79%, the Our Credo rating for J&J Innovative Medicine, Biologics presents an opportunity for improvement. Thanks to a 93% participation rate, we are presented with an opportunity to enhance your work experience together with you. I am Jose Antoranz, your Credo Lead, and I am excited to introduce you to the dedicated Credo team that’s here to listen to your ideas, needs and concerns and help create a brighter future for all of us.
About the Our Credo survey– Our Credo guides our decision-making and enables us to put the needs and well-being of the people we serve first. The annual survey consists of 30 statements that reflect Our Credo and captures what matters most to you and our colleagues.
These statements are grouped into eight themes: Our Credo Index, Engagement, Execution, Health & Well-being, Inclusion, Innovation, Strategy & Leadership, and Talent Development. Each theme connects directly to your experience at work, your well-being, and our site’s overall success.
Why does the Our Credo Score matter? – The outcome of the survey is about you. Your feedback gives us a clear picture of your opinion of your work environment, our leadership, and the company. Thus, first and foremost, it helps us understand so we can make meaningful improvements. But that is not all. The score also influences our ability to secure important new projects in Leiden and Sassenheim, like the recent New Product Introductions for CD20xCD28 DS and Carvytki® LV MH, which supports our long-term strategy. A strong score builds trust and enables a thriving future for our site, benefiting us all.

Meet the Credo Champions – Each of our eleven departments has their own dedicated Credo Champion. These champions are your direct line for sharing concerns, suggesting improvements, and building tailored solutions for each team.

Their mission is to capture your ideas, concerns and needs and to translate these into action. By having team-specific Credo representatives, we can create a roadmap that addresses both specific team needs and site-wide priorities.
